With your generous donations, Victorian Village Inc. (VVI) has conceived significant developments in the Victorian Village neighborhood. Partnering with Memphis Medical District Collaborative and Community Redevelopment Agency, VVI activated two million dollars towards upgrading Morris Park. These enhancements include new basketball courts, an amphitheater, a children’s play area, a sprinkler system, and installing 30 streetlights to increase safety and visibility in the area. VVI also embarked on the exterior restoration of the Pillow-McIntyre House (c. 1852). Additionally, VVI first conceived of the 430-unit Orleans Station development and the Moose Apartment project, effectively helping to promote residential diversity in the Victorian Village neighborhood.
